Parent’s testimony in Mandarin.

(Mother to 6 year old David): David was only able to speak using individual words even after learning English for two years. Since he started Budding Bean English about 6 months ago, we could see the difference even from Step 1. When he progressed to Step 2, with the encouragement of his teacher, David proudly tells me that he no longer speaks Mandarin in class and could respond to his teacher in English. That to me is good. Previously he is a little timid, but since learning Budding Bean English, he is more confident and able to converse with the teacher and confidently sings English songs. At home, while he does his homework or while drawing, he naturally sings the English songs that he has learnt in class as well. This is good and I believe it is not something that students can easily learn in kindergarten.
